スペイン・ビルバオ生まれ。カナリア諸島とバスク地方で育ち、グラフィックデザイナー、イラストレーターとしての経験を経て、2002年から壁画制作を始めました。原色を基調とした配色や強いコントラスト、幾何学的な構成を用い、抽象と具象を行き来する、テクノロジーを思わせる画面をつくり出しています。

Born in Bilbao, Spain, Iker Muro (MurOne) grew up in the Canary Islands and the Basque Country. He worked as a graphic designer and illustrator, before beginning to create murals in 2002. Using primary colors, strong contrasts, and geometric compositions, Iker Muro creates futuristic, technology-inspired scenes that move between abstraction and figuration.
