Born in Yokohama in 1985, Japanese artist TWOONE is based in Italy and created large-scale murals around the world. In 2003, he immersed himself in the local graffiti and street art culture of Melbourne, where he mastered a variety of techniques. TWOONE calls the marks created through physical movement  “Raw Mark Making” a concept to describe marks resulting from physical gestures, which he has since explored across murals, paintings, performances, video, sound, and other media.
